Just returned from a family ski trip in South Lake Tahoe and it snowed all night and most of the day we were to leave for home. Yes, four wheel drive or chains was mandatory.
Corral Store
We made a short visit to Boise and Sun Valley Idaho this week. I saw this abandoned store on Highway 20 just south of Fairfield, Idaho.
Bloedel Bench
Deep within the forest area of the Bloedel Reserve I found this moss covered bench. In the summer it’s a resting spot for people walking the trails.
First Snow of the Year
On our last day at the Bar Z Ranch I awoke to snow flurries. I took a few shots from the back porch, still in PJ’s, then quickly back inside to finish my coffee. It continued to snow off and on the rest of the day. Coming from Southern California it was a wonderful sight.
