The virus has basically stoped my travels for the last year or so. But now starting to get out a bit. I recently drove to Jackson Hole and was able to get several good photos including one of my favorite subjects. I’ve taken hundreds of shots of the barn and each of them are different depending on time of year, weather, time of day etc.
Outdoor Photography
Boise River Snow
Early Red
Depending on your location and the time of year the rising sun can create some real drama.
Lake Powell Sheep
We were cruising the canyons on jet skis when we came upon this small group of wild sheep coming for water. They were a bit suspicious but not afraid.
Reflection Canyon
Early mornings on Lake Powell are so tranquil. There has been no watercraft traffic or winds to stir up the water.
Pismo Overhead
This rocky outcropping is at the base of a cliff in Pismo Beach that has no access. It was shot with my Mavic 2 drone from above at an altitude of 155 feet.
Duck Bay
Duck Bay is found on the northeast end of Payette Lake in McCall, Idaho.
Sedona Sunset
I’ve probably posted more photos of Sedona and Arizona than any other area I travel. It’s vary hard to find more interesting and colorful landscapes.
Central Coast Green
At long last the rain has come to the central coast of California coloring the hills with green.
